Domestic = Orders shipping within UK | International = Orders shipping outside UK

 

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS!

Before placing your order, make sure your shipping address is correct - including apartment numbers and zip codes. 

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for reshipping costs. To avoid delays, please verify everything is correct during checkout!

 

DOMESTIC UK ORDERS

Processing Time: Orders ship within 1-12 business days. (Monday-Friday excluding holidays.) We have a very small team, so thanks for your patience - especially during the busy times!

Shipping Time: Royal Mail Standard shipping takes 3-4 business days after your order is processed.

Need It Fast?: Next Day shipping is available by request through Royal Mail for £12.99 depending on available stock. Please email us BEFORE ordering if you need something by a certain date (like a birthday or event).

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Processing Time: Orders ship within 1-12 business days. (Monday-Friday excluding holidays.) We have a very small team, so thanks for your patience - especially during the busy times!

Shipping Time: Delivery takes 7-14 business days AFTER the processing period. Please allow up to 21 business days total (processing + shipping)

Customs & Fees: Your country may charge customs, duties or brokerage fees when your package arrives. These fees are the buyers responsibility. GLYNT is not responsible for delays and/or costs caused by customs.

Signature Required For High Value Orders: Some high value orders may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to sign. 

 

CUSTOMIZED ORDERS

Customisation Time: Custom orders take 2-6 weeks to be created.

After Customisation: Add an additional 5-14 business days for processing and shipping. Once your custom order is placed, it begins production within 24 hours and cannot be cancelled or refunded after that. Product descriptions list specific customisation times.
