At GLYNT, each piece is carefully crafted to order, including sizing, to ensure a perfect, personalised finish. Because of this made-to-order process, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

We strongly recommend reviewing all product details and our sizing guide before placing your order. If you need any assistance, our team is always happy to help prior to purchase.

Exchanges & Reshipments

As every item is created specifically for you, we do not offer standard exchanges.

However, if you receive an item in the wrong size, we can offer a reshipment of the correct size:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customers are also responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in our quality. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only.

After this window, your order will already be in production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

International Orders

For international deliveries, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. We recommend checking local policies before placing your order.
